Open the Hippo CMS site http://localhost:8080/cms/ in your browser.

Login to Hippo CMS in the standard CMS admin account.

Change the password of the admin account.

Instead, you could create another account for yourself and deactivate the standard admin account, but you can not delete the standard admin account, so you might as well use it.

Deactivate the other standard accounts to use personal accounts instead.

Instead, you could just change their passwords, and use them as guest accounts, if all your guests are trustworthy.

Add a group. The group will be assigned permissions and users as members. All members will have the permissions of the group.

Set permissions for the group.

Add user account.

Assign user to group.

Because there was already some content that needs to be published, the administrator decides to Publish them all at once.

Logout.
